January Jumpstart Round Up Studio Live

Wow what a great month we had for the January Jumpstart in Studio live!

I asked the group:

TEAM How many workouts did you do in January and what did you gain(health and fitness wise) from the being a STUDIO LIVE member?

-Rose said: “I must’ve done somewhere in the 40’s and still do daily walks with my neighbour. I’m usually feel groggy in the mornings but after the workout, I feel energised and ready to get on with my day. I’ve got a set routine in the morning and it upsets my equilibrium if I waver from it. That makes waking up to do the workout much easier. Someday’s I feel really strong with a weights and cardio mix but most day I ache (but it’s a good ache!). Weight wise I lost 3lbs”

-Chrissie said; “I did Mon – Friday 6am and 6.30 classes. I’ve upped my weights and am feeling stronger. Now to tackle the couple of inches round my waist! “

-Elizabeth said: “Managed
49 workouts
15 outdoor walks (I don’t do icy conditions!)
Disappointingly only lost 3lbs (but its 3lbs in the right direction … right?)
But the big win was losing 11.5cms overall (that is DEFINITELY down to working out consistently!)
But other big wins are dramatic improvement in sleep quality and quantity
Huge win, reduction in stress (adrenal cocktail? Mindset? BOTH?)
And I feel sooo much better in myself
THANK YOU RACHEL! “

-Elizabeth said: “I’m not entirely sure but think about 60+ I have them marked on my calendar at home no fancy tech
they set me up for the day and i definitely feel the better for doing them mentally and physically. Thank you xxx”

-Amanda said: “I did 41 classes, I haven’t included my outdoor walks, just RH classes”

-Karen said” 46 in January set me up for the day ! I feel physically and mentally stronger for doing them! I’m maintaining my weight which is what I wanted to achieve and developing muscle mass
loving the chat and getting to know everyone as well! Thanks so much Rachel Holmes “
