While everyone focuses on restarting in January or September, November is actually one of the most powerful months of the year to reset your health, habits and routine.

No distractions, no holidays, no chaos — just a quiet window before life ramps up again.

 Why November Works So Well

We’re far enough away from summer to feel the shift in energy…
but still weeks away from Christmas parties, late nights and end-of-year stress.

So instead of waiting for January (when energy is low and pressure is high), use November to:

 Rebuild movement habits
 Reset nutrition and energy levels
 Improve sleep before winter hormones hit
 Reconnect with what makes you actually feel good

Small changes now = a calmer, lighter, more in-control December.

 5 Simple Habit Boosters You Can Start Today

10 minutes of movement a day – even short sessions improve mood & metabolism
 Get outside early – 5 mins of morning light resets hormones and sleep
 Protein at every meal – balances blood sugar and supports muscle
 Set a digital cut-off time – choose one evening to switch off earlier
 Book your workouts in your diary – if it’s scheduled, it happens

 Nutrition for Menopause: 5 Key Tips

 Prioritise protein — 25–35g per meal
 Eat 7–10 portions of colourful veg & fibre daily
Balance blood sugar: protein + fibre + healthy fats
 Add omega-3 fats for joint, brain & mood support
