Each week we have a different fitness focus so in 31 days you are going to feel and look amazing.
1: Beginners – Not done any exercise for ages or had an injury or illness and want a gentle start? Yes We have daily Walkfit™ 15 minute classes and Fitness Pilates
2:Intermediate – Are you moving and want to improve your stamina, strength and flexibility? YES.
We have a daily Strength & Conditioning class plus Pilates, Mobility, stretch and Dance Classes to try
3:Advanced or Instructor – There are 21 classes every week to choose from so you can mix and match the workouts with your schedule or join live
