What to Expect:

Choice of 3 classes per day – Join Live or on-demand at any time from anywhere , go back and watch any workout or talk .

Daily accountability and coaching in the WhatsApp and Facebook group – Join both or whichever you like to use, or if you prefer to only use the website, that’s fine . Use the platform that is easiest for you.

Step Tracking – If you have a Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch, start to track your daily steps . You can always use your phone to track if you don’t have one , we are aiming to increase your daily step count over the next 4 weeks .

If you are Peri to Post Menopause, make a note of your symptoms , also make a note of your weight and measurements ⚖️. You can download the Balance app for free to help track your symptoms over the next 4 weeks We will be discussing at lengths ways to reduce symptoms through lifestyle and nutrition.
