Take a look behind the scenes from our latest Content Creation Day at Wychnor Country Club, hosted in the beautiful Somervills restaurant.
We had an incredible group of fitness professionals creating fun, engaging content, building confidence on camera and supporting each other throughout the day. Alongside the filming, everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch, professional photos and hands-on coaching with Rachel Holmes.
These days are always so inspiring and such a great way to refresh your content and connect with like-minded people.
