Basic Adrenal Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Orange juice (freshly squeezed or 100% pure, no added sugar) – 1/2 cup (rich in vitamin C and potassium)
  2. Coconut water – 1/4 cup (a natural source of potassium)
  3. Sea salt (unrefined, such as Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt) – 1/4 tsp (for sodium and trace minerals)
  4. Vitamin C Camu Camu Powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass.
  2. Stir well until the salt dissolves.
  3. Drink mid-morning or mid-afternoon, ideally on an empty stomach for the best absorption.

Alternative Variations

  • Magnesium Boost: Add 1/4 tsp magnesium bicarbonate or 200-300 mg magnesium powder.
