Lift Lean Triple Challenge (10 Rounds)

Format:

  • 3 exercises per round
  • 30 secs work each
  • 30 secs rest after all 3 exercises
  • Complete 10 rounds

Round Structure

Step Cardio Move (heart rate up)
Upper Body (Dumbbells)

Lower Body (Dumbbells)

 Exercise List (Cycle Through These)

Step Cardio Options (alternate each round):

  • Step Knee Lifts
  • Step Jacks
  • Step Side-to-Side Touch
  • Step Burpees (low-impact or high-impact)
  • Step Skaters

Upper Body (Dumbbells):

  • Shoulder Press
  • Bent Over Row
  • Chest Press (floor or bench)
  • Biceps Curl
  • Overhead Triceps Extension

Lower Body (Dumbbells):

  • Goblet Squat
  • Reverse Lunge (L/R alternating)
  • Sumo Squat
  • Step-Ups with Dumbbells
  • Deadlifts

 Example Round 1

  • 0:00–0:30: Step Knee Lifts
  • 0:30–1:00: DB Shoulder Press
  • 1:00–1:30: DB Goblet Squat
  • 1:30–2:00: Rest

Repeat with new exercise combos each round until 10 total rounds are done (30 minutes).
